Ok so the rulebook has been out for 48 hours and its still not on my door mat.

I did some FB friends a favour and bought it from them (even though I could have got it faster and cheaper from total warmager) thinking I'd get it over the weekend.but as they don't keep recors of people they've done business with. Its getting to me late.
