Plan of action

Without a viable 40K army at present and Warriors of chaos releases coming though it seems like I'm in need of a plan.  so here goes...

• Build and paint the rest of my existing Warriors of Choas army. I need to get a solid block of 40 Mauraders done along with 24 Warriors with halbards. I also need to paint up my Khorne Lord on Juggernaught and my Sorceror.

•  Build a Blood Angles army list of 1000 points and paint it in basic 3 colours so I at least have an army to play with.This shold be reletively simple to do as I've decided on my paint scheme for my Minotaurs and have the uints I need to build a 1K army.

•  I need to get my other armies out of storage and start eBaying. My Space Wolves will be canabalised for parts for my Minotaurs. I'm seriously considering selling my Chaos Marines as I think three armies is enough for me to be getting on with. And my 'in house' armies of Necorns and Tyranids sold off to afford all the rediculously expensive forgeworld stuff I want. 

Thank God I have a free weekend comming up!

Minotaurs Armoured Support

Under coated Storm Talon and base coat on one of three Baal Pred/Razorbacks.

I'm going to have to apply a second coat of Khorne red to deepen the colour down. Beginning to see the benefits of an air brush!

Minotaur paint scheme- nearly there!

Dark Vengeance Marines used as paint scheme tests for my Minotaurs. Not finished yet but you get the gist of which way I'm going.

Paint test on a 'spare' rhino hull. I was a bit heavy on the drybrush here but happy with the pain scheme.

So it seems one of my parcels has been found. Mistakenly shipped off to the wrong address.
Hopefully I should have it by the end of the week.

I've had to make other arrangements though for my Minotaurs goodies, although I should chase the first guy to see what he's going to do about the whole thing.

I'll be spraying my Minotaurs Vanguards tonight along with the Dark angles from Dark Vengence.

I'm going to guinnea pig the latter in a hope to find a decent paint scheme. still not entirely sure how I'm going to get the bronze look I want.

All resources on the internet aren't that pleantiful and I'm keen to be getting on with these bad boys.


On the Chaos Front I'll be spraying the rest of the chaos warriors I converted the other day and finishing off the basing of the hounds.  This army is really starting to shape up. although I need to make an effort on the Shaggoth and the characters. My Khorne Exalted Champion looks a mess at the moment.
